Indefinite Detention Upheld

A federal judge has put a stay on an earlier judges ruling tossing out a provision of the National Defense Authorization Act that allows for indefinite detention of terror suspects.

Indefinite detention should be a MAJOR issue in the mainstream debate between Romney and Obama. Instead, everyone wants to talk about how much certain segments (both rich and poor) of society depend on the government.

With all the economic problems there are, things will definitely get worse for you and a whole lot better for the establishment if they have the power to snatch and forever hold you without trial.

You think the political persecution in other countries is bad?  Just imagine, with the information age still in its infancy, what the federal government is capable of doing--the kind of detailed political profile they can build on you ... on your children.

Nobody is safe with indefinite dentition as law.  The papers will have you think a judge put a stay on an earlier courts ruling to toss out the indefinite dentition clause because it "hinders international efforts to detain terrorists overseas."

Overseas is here!  Haven't you noticed that the cameras and TSA checkpoints are all focused on you and me?  Haven't you seen the DHS reports saying returning veterans and liberty lovers are potential terrorists?  Here's a quote from a report about the ideological motivations of what DHS thinks is a potential terrorist:

"anti-global, suspicious of centralized federal authority, reverent of individual liberty, and believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty."

Don't believe it? Read the ENTIRE report here.

The evils of indefinite detention is a universal thing and was declared unjust back in the Magna Carta days!  It's not just the rights of US Citizens--it's the right of humanity, of individuals, to have due process!

Now that a federal judge has issued a stay on an earlier court ruling, the administration has absolute authority over you and I and can literally snatch and grab.

There should be an alarm going off in the head of every individual who holds freedom and liberty dear!

The moment to be outraged has passed.
