We'll talk with Donnell Jackson, who just recently had unlawful use of a weapon charges drop in the shadows of Illinois's ban on concealed carry being reversed.
What's it like to be charged with a felony? How does it impact your personal life? Your job prospects? Your well being? We'll find out from Mr. Jackson as he joins us in studio.
You don't want to miss this conversation about a man who had to live day-to-day with the cloud of a felony charge over his head for well over a year and a half.

Another topic that we've gotta broach is that of the now infamous booking photo of Cliff Buscher, a deputy police chief from Springfield Police.
The photo shows a somewhat pudgy Buscher (who is no longer pudgy--he's actually much more fit and trim) with a bandage just above his left eye and a white t-shirt that says "Hooked On Ebonics--Get Wit Da Program".
Is that racists? Or should the uproar be over what Buscher was arrested in Missouri for? We'll get into the most recent revelation from the Illinois Times.
We'll also evaluate have to talk about the recent acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. In particular, let's focus on how this is a huge distraction from other things like the trial of Bradley Manning, or how there seems to be no push for accountability in the NSA story and on and on and on ...
And I've also got to promote my Gun-Free Zone film series that is doing very well in an online film festival. Would you help me stay on top with Most Rated, Most Viewed and Most Commented?
