UN inspectors are in Syria to investigate the allegations of chemical weapons used on citizens. The death toll has, at one report, jumped to 1,300, but those are unconfirmed as the number has bounced all over the place. No question it's absolutely devastating even the slightest possibility of chemical weapons being used, but who is to blame for the chemical weapons attack? We'll review a brief history of chemical weapons in Syria, the western training of rebels with ties to Al-Qaeda, and how the two may be connected. It almost doesn't matter who's responsible. The calls for war are loud among those who command the western military apparatus.
What is Liberty? Is it something you can learn in a couple of college courses? We'll find out from University of Illinois Associate Professor William Kline as he joins the show to discuss the newly formed Liberty Studies curriculum. Also, what is some of the controversy about the new curriculum? We'll get to the bottom of it today just after 10:30. Don't miss this compelling conversation!

We'll open up the lines for you, the tax paying public, to sound off on whether you can stomach another tax increase or if it's time for government institutions to live within their means. That's ahead with Bishop On Air in the 11 o'clock hour.
