No Jury Trial for McCullough

A Seattle man accused in the sexual assault of an Illinois teenager 50 years ago will have his case decided by a judge.

 

Jury selection was expected to begin yesterday in the case of Jack McCullough, but the 72-year-old said he wants a judge to rule instead.

 

McCullough also faces unrelated charges in the 1957 death of Maria Ridulph of Sycamore.
