Grand Jury Hands Smith Charge

A federal grand jury has formally indicted Illinois State Representative Derrick Smith. Smith accused of taking a $7,000 bribe for writing a letter of support for a daycare center he thought was seeking a state grant. Smith's attorney says the Chicago Democrat isn't resigning.
