Former Gov. Ryan To Transfer to Halfway House Next Week

Former Governor George Ryan will reportedly be released from a federal prison next week… but his new accommodations may not be a major improvement.

 

Ryan will be required to live at a Salvation Army halfway house in Chicago, where he will have to hold a daytime job and attend classes on returning to life outside of prison walls.
